Jack Whisner
current president
Jack Whisner has been a Democratic Party activist since 1972, serving as 1st District Chair in 1981. He has been a PCO almost continuously in the 1st, 32nd, or 36th districts. He earned a MA in Economics from the UW and has been a transit planner with King County Metro since 1991. he joined the MDC in 1988. He lives in Ballard with his wife Kelli Maguire, who works for Legalvoice.
